Embodied Leadership
for
Gentle Souls
Have you ever said to yourself...
"My emotions always seem to get the better of me."
"It’s hard to get a word in and be seen as a strong presence in groups."
"I’m so mentally drained that I've lost my creativity."
"I merge with others rather than knowing what my own opinion is."
"Trying to show up like a ‘real leader’ (extroverted, decisive, Type A) is exhausting."
"Maybe leadership isn’t for me. I’m so tired."
"I don’t like making people uncomfortable, so I avoid hard conversations."
"I don’t want to inconvenience people."
"By the time I finally know what I really think or feel... it's too late."
"Withholding my thoughts makes situations worse, but I can’t find the words."
"I avoid bringing issues up because of potential conflict."
"Speaking up in meetings makes my heart race so fast, I can hardly think."
"I give people an ‘out’ instead of delegating so they’ll like me more."
"I question whether I’m strong enough to lead a team."
"It's so hard for me to let myself be fully seen. I feel like I'm pretending to be someone I'm not."
If any of these feel true, you’re in the right place.
What if...
you could lead with a calm, yet sure confidence that felt true to you?
your thoughtful way of being isn’t a liability, but instead...an invaluable asset?
it was easier to make decisions and feel grounded in them enough to share your vision with your team?
you trusted your skills and value enough to ask for a raise , or even start your own business?

For the past six years I’ve helped many Enneagram Nines and other thoughtful, gentle humans reclaim their voice, their energy, and their place in the world...without abandoning their true nature.
The world defines leadership in a way that only fits a narrow group. But the truth is...your sensitivity and contemplative way of being are not obstacles. They’re your power.
In fact, thoughtful leaders are often the best leaders. When you trust yourself, you inspire in ways others can’t, using your natural abilities like seeing all perspectives, creating harmony, and you bringing people together with ease.
Most people think confidence is simply a mindset.
But there's a lot more to it.
Confidence is a physiological experience. It's a grounded, steady feeling in your body when you need to speak up, make or share a decision, set a boundary, delegate, or lead a room.
And that is the piece you’ve never been given.
Through my training as a somatic coach, I teach you through not only your mind, but your body, how to develop
✔ confidence you can feel
✔ the ability to access your wisdom (instead of your nerves cutting off your access to it) so that you know what you think, want, and need
✔ the skills to handle conflict without shutting down
✔ the ability to stick with your decisions without doubting
✔ the ability to stay anchored in yourself when emotions rise
✔ the internal authority to advocate for your needs without guilt
✔ confidence that doesn’t disappear when you're under pressure
Not by forcing you to “think confident thoughts," but by accessing your creative and resourced self, through the body.
My framework, rooted in thought work, nervous system attunement and somatics, guides you toward inner authority and a grounded, sure presence, so that you can access your own answers and build lasting self-trust.

I came into Heather's coaching program unsure of the direction of my business and my offer was unclear. I’m naturally outgoing and friendly, but also very private. The kind of person who sits in the back and observes.
Through Heather's somatic coaching, something shifted for me. I became more grounded and settled, yet more open at the same time. I learned to engage even when it felt a little uncomfortable, and that gentle stretch became a catalyst for my growth.
One of my biggest breakthroughs was finally being able to articulate the value I bring. I’d always sensed I had something important to offer, but now I can clearly express it and stand behind it with confidence.
Heather helped me refine my niche, gain direction, and step into the identity of a coach who lifts others and broadens perspectives. It not only gave me clarity, but it helped me to own who I truly am.

Heather has given me a priceless gift: The ability to bring my best self into high-stakes situations and stay connected to what is important to me. This has changed my experience in ways I had never imagined.
While working with Heather I’ve tried new things. I’ve leaned into what I love. I’ve done it my way. And it works. I’m in demand. People want to work with me and they’ll happily pay for the work that feels natural, easy, and fun for me. That realization has been both grounding and liberating.
It feels incredible to create, express and lead with my ideas and offerings instead of getting swept into someone else’s. I stay grounded, steady, and true to myself, and it works beautifully.
I’m leaving this experience feeling powerful and courageous. Yes, I still get scared and have emotional ups and downs, but now I have somatic grounding, inner resources, and a deeper connection to my own wisdom. Something real has shifted. I’m listening to my longings and giving myself permission to follow them.

“I love the changes I have experienced since working with Heather. I am more bold and confident in my relationships and work.
I also am much more in tune with my own desires. I know what I desire and I honor it and ask for it.
The biggest change for me is that I can now address conflict with confidence and know that it is more connecting than staying silent..”
Imagine what could be different a few months from now, when it all feels easier.
