Heather Fillmore Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use The Bold Nine mobile and web services and when you visit any related properties we control.

By using The Bold Nine, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to The Bold Nine client portal and any support pages or forms we operate for the app. It does not cover third party websites or services that we do not control.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

A. Information you provide

Examples include name, email address, and phone number when you create or access an account, join the community, enroll in courses, or contact support.

B. Information collected automatically

When you access the service, our systems may log technical details such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the service. We do not use third party analytics tools on the app at this time.

C. Information from service providers

We use Mingo CRM also known as to operate core features of the app. In doing so, we may process your account and usage information within that platform strictly to provide the service.

We do not collect precise location. We do not collect government identification numbers, health data, or financial account numbers through the app. If this ever changes, we will update this policy.

4. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve The Bold Nine. Typical uses include account creation and login, delivering community and course access, maintaining security, troubleshooting, preventing fraud or abuse, sending service messages, and responding to support requests.

If you opt in, we may send educational and promotional emails about new content or events. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service emails that are essential to your account will continue.

Push notifications are used for service messages only if you allow them in your device settings.

5. Legal bases for processing

For users in the United States, we process information with your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with law, and for our legitimate interests such as service improvement and security.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate the app such as CRM hosting and email delivery.

They may access information solely to perform services for us and must protect it.

Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Successors in the event of a corporate transaction where information transfer is necessary and lawful.

Others with your explicit consent.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Our baseline retention period is at least 30 days and longer where required by law, for security, for dispute resolution, or to maintain accurate records. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or de identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the email above.

9. Your choices and rights

Access, correction, or deletion. You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it subject to legal allowances.

Marketing preferences. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Push notifications. You can control notifications in your device settings.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy

The Bold Nine is intended for individuals aged sixteen and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under sixteen. If you believe a child under sixteen has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. The service does not respond to these signals. You can manage other privacy settings at the browser or device level.

12. International users

The service is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States subject to this policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent change. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
